Tailored Workouts based on your training history, current fitness level, any injuries/ imbalances & goals. These workouts will change every 6-8 weeks.
Personalised nutrition with calorie & macro targets that will change as you progress towards your goal
Sample Menus - based off your current eating habits, likes & dislikes, to help you hit your goals in an easy & enjoyable way
Fortnightly check ins - via video call, voice call, voice note or message via the app. These are VITAL for your sucess. We will go over what you are struggling with and I will provide you with the support you need to smash the following week.
Form video critique - if you are comfortable, i would love you to send me videos of you completing various exercises so I can analyse your form and give you tips on how to get the most out of every rep.
Continued coaching - most clients tend to stay on at a discounted rate of $50 per week, to keep progressing (or just for the craic!!)
